意式燉飯Risotto 250g
Mozarella Cheese 150g
麵粉Flour 50g
麵包糠Bread Crumbs 100g
蛋 Egg 1
做法Method
1. 拿一份小飯糰,放入起司,搓成波
1. Pick some risotto, put the mozzarella cheese inside, make it a ball.
2. 將飯球沾上麵粉,然後蛋液,再沾上麵包糠
2. Put the riceballs into flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
3. 一鍋熱油約180度c, 將飯球炸至金黃色即成!
3. Fry the riceballs im hot oil(180c) until it golden browned.
