意式炸飯球Arancini是意大利南部西西里島的著名小吃。用意式燉飯裹著起司,再用油炸,變化多多,可加茄子,火腿,肉在內, 打開剛炸好的飯波,內裡的起司流出…噢!太美味了! 意大利人喜歡把它當午餐,小食,宵夜,如煮多了燉飯不妨試做這個飯球,當派對小食也不錯喔!

材料Ingredient

意式燉飯Risotto            250g

Mozarella Cheese        150g

麵粉Flour                         50g

麵包糠Bread Crumbs  100g

蛋 Egg                               1

 

做法Method

1. 拿一份小飯糰,放入起司,搓成波

1. Pick some risotto, put the mozzarella cheese inside, make it a ball.

2. 將飯球沾上麵粉,然後蛋液,再沾上麵包糠

2. Put the riceballs into flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.

3. 一鍋熱油約180度c, 將飯球炸至金黃色即成!

3. Fry the riceballs im hot oil(180c) until it golden browned.
